Hablemos un poco de las distintas realidades que descubrí este mes:
REALIDAD #1: LOS TRABAHOLICS NO TIENEN #MeTime
¡Y es así como una se enrolla en la vidaaaaa y se olvida de vivirla! Ojo, que no me estoy quejando de absolutamente nada porque AMO mi trabajo y las bendiciones en mi vida han sido muchísimas…pero soy TAN intensa y amo TANTO a Front Row y trabajar en moda que muchas veces me olvido de dedicar un poco de tiempo para MI. ¿Recuerdan el post de «My Story – lo que nunca les conté»? En mi adolescencia era que las clases de actuación, violín, equitación, gimnasia, natación, fútbol, piano, karate…¡y quién sabe qué mas! ¿Hoy en día? CERO.
El punto es que…
TENGO que bajar mis niveles de estrés y empezar a tener #MeTime no solo los fines de semana o en vacaciones… pero es algo que QUIERO y necesito disfrutar a diario. #ThatsIt

REALIDAD #2: SIN SALUD NO HAY NADA…NI ZAPATOS
A chequearlo todo de adentro pa’ afuera. Una vez que llegué a esa conclusión el siguiente paso fue … cuidar mi salud porque como dicen los padres, sin eso no hay NADA y como siempre, tienen la razón. Pero odio los hospitales y doctores. Pero no importó. ¡Empecé por enfrentar a mis miedos, como por ejemplo, hacerme un ABC (literal) durante todo un día en el hospital de los valles que incluía exámenes de sangre a pesar de tenerles un miedo inigualable a LAS AGUJAS! Nos les voy a mentir…tenía PÁ-NI-CO… pero mis ganas de sentirme mejor en todo aspecto eran más fuertes que mis miedos y lo hice.

BTW: Resulta que soy una chica SÚPER saludable pero es una cosa SABER que estás bien a solo asumirlo.
REALIDAD #3: NECESITAS AYUDA DE PROFESIONALES
Aunque nos da pereza ir donde los que saben de lo que hablan y hasta creemos que a todo le podemos dar un «quick fix» con googlear las soluciones de nuestros problemas o preguntarles a nuestras amigas…no es así. Así que decidí rodearme de un grupo de CRACKS en lo suyo.

Necesitaba algo que me quede cerca, que me den ganas de levantarme temprano las mañanas y que me saque la madre. Las que me siguen en instagram ya me han visto sudar la gota y divertirme con Diego y Clara con algo que NUNCA había hecho antes…KICK BOXING…y me ENCANTA. Más que insanity, más que P90X, más que BBG…ESTA clase es mi favorita. Ahora entiendo porque son adictas Adriana Lima y Gigi Hadid. El kick boxing no es NADA agresivo como muchos lo tildan, lo siento casi casi como una terapia y quemas una LOCURA de grasa. Si quieren unirse al club de «boxeadoras» Viteri Boxing está detrás de la iglesia de Cumbayá 😉

2. GETTING HEALTHY WITH MICHELLE
A Michelle Alvear ya la conocieron en mis instagram stories (la que más me hizo barras por los exámenes de sangre). Si la vieron, ya saben que es una de los pocas nutricionistas en las que confío porque experiencias malas con nutricionistas me sobran. Me encanta trabajar con ella porque no solo me está dando una asesoría nutricional pero también va a enviar todas mis comidas a domicilio con The Health Bag …¿Pueden creer que me manda hasta PANCAKES de avena? 3. GETTING CREATIVE WITH PABLO
A Pablo todavía no lo han conocido pero fue mi director de orquesta durante 3 años y es EL quién desde mañana me volverá a poner en regla con el violín por las tardes…porque para ser sincera es una cosa tocar yo solita las piezas que me dan la gana y cómo me dan la gana a tener a un maestro poniéndome en regla con cada que desafino, jeje.
4. GETTING FLUENT WITH …?
YYYYY finalmente como no quiero olvidarme alemán, ESTE miércoles empiezo mis clases de conversación por las tardes…pero como soy una indecisa, tengo que ver con quién lo haré entre hoy y mañana. ¡Qué difícil escoger!
Y REGRESANDO A LAS REALIDADES….
REALIDAD #4: HAY QUE DARSE ESOS TIEMPOS
Y no solo para llegar a casa, prender una vela, y tomarse un té mientras hace efecto tu mascarilla facial o hacerse un masaje de vez en cuando…pero también para crecer física y mentalmente. A mí en particular me encanta el kick boxing, el violín y los idiomas pero capaz lo suyo sea spinning, ajedrez y pintura o gastronomía. El punto es que me parece ESENCIAL hacer un esfuerzo por dedicar una parte de esa agenda loca para lo tuyo.
Cuéntenme…¿Ya saben a qué cursos atacar?
