O quizás sí, jaja. Hace aproximadamente 9 años mi puntería no podía ser mejor. Estaba terminando mi tesis en Suiza y decidí venir de vacaciones a Ecuador para no pasarla sola en la U. Para no alargarles el cuento, terminé operándome de la vista con láser (¡ni siquiera sabía que tenía un problema de vista y peor tan fuerte porque tenía miopía Y astigmatismo…en los DOS OJOS!). Fue un proceso molestoso, doloroso y lleno de Xanax…y mimos de mi mamá XD.
FAST FORWARD – 2012
No podía más de los dolores de cabeza que me MATABAN. Para colmo mi doctor vivía en Quito y yo en Dubái. Mi visita al oftalmólogo y oculista de mi mejor amiga confirmó algo que no me esperaba…uno de mis ojos tenía una pequeña medida. ¿Que hizo Cristinita Maag? ¡Ignorarlo! ¡WUUUUU!
JUNIO 2017
¿Recuerdan Junio? El mes que decidí hacerme un ABC en el Hospital de los Valles y resulta que mi ojito derecho está con una medida un poco más extrema. Llegó la hora de dejarme de niñerías y encontrar el tiempo para buscar unos lindos lentes. Saqué una cita con la oftalmóloga de Óptica los Andes para que chequeen mi medida otra vez y mi resultado fue de una mayor medida (ligera). Escogí mis nuevos lentes manteniendo en mente que este sería mi nuevo «it accessory» en el día a día. TENÍAN que ser divinos.

En un principio no estaba segura si veía mejor con o sin ellos porque el mundo era OTRO con medida. De hecho durante el blog camp muchas veces me ponía y sacaba repetidamente hasta que me acostumbré a ellos y cuando no me los pongo me siento rara. Los necesito. ¿Mi mensaje para todas las personas que saben que necesitan lentes y no los usan? …DON’T. Además, son un accesorio con actitud 😉
