Aunque ha sido una semana MUY fría podemos terminarla de una manera muy dulce y combatiendo un poco el clima. Para todos los amantes del HELADO como yo, quiero compartir con ustedes 5 beneficios que tiene el helado en nuestra vida y por qué no deberíamos dejarlo de lado.
1. Gracias a su composición con parte de agua ayudan a la hidratación corporal para grandes y pequeños. Además, son perfectos para los días de calor.
2. Es una gran forma de reducir la inflamación de las amígdalas.
3. Los helados con base de leche tienen cierto porcentaje de calcio que aporta al cuerpo.
4. Dependiendo del sabor principal de tu helado, como almendras, fresas, limón, etc, también tendrá vitaminas.
5. Aumenta los niveles de serotonina, por lo que nos pone mucho más felices. ¡Sí tienen chocolate es mucho mejor!
Después de esto no tienes excusa para decirle que no a tu helado favorito.
