TIP #1: LA SEGURIDAD NUNCA ESTÁ DE MÁS…
Ya conocen el dicho acerca de prevenir o lamentar, y el mundo digital no es la excepción. Tenemos alarmas en las casas, guardias en las urbanizaciones y edificios pero a veces no tenemos un defensor de nuestras plataformas digitales.
Nadie está inmune…ni los grandes. ¿Recuerdan los hackers que destruyeron Front Row el año pasado y el antepasado? Hemos sufrido aproximadamente 6 hacks en la plataforma pero sobrevivimos el ataque gracias a:

TIP #2: DEBES MONITOREAR TUS REDES CONTINUAMENTE
No pensé que diría esto pero inclusive quiere decir que analices de dónde vienen tus Likes. Por ejemplo, hace aproximadamente dos semanas, mi cuenta de Instagram empezó a recibir miles de likes en cuestión de minutos y comentarios agresivos de spammers y hasta hace poco también mensajes internos de amenazas. La gente ociosa que busca jorobar al prójimo usa sistemas automatizados que te abruman con miles de supuestos Likes de usuarios inexistentes el instante que subas una foto y aparte tratan de asustarte….Es una joda.
Hay que detener esos Likes… PUNTO.
1. Cambia tu nombre de usuario…no tiene que ser por completo; basta con tal de agregar al final un número o guión bajo (eso es lo que hice yo). Este consejo me lo dio mi directora de estrategia digital en Francia. No olvides reservar tu verdadero nombre de cuenta con otro email.
2. Mantente pendiente de comentarios negativos o agresivos en tus fotos…no vale la pena exponer a la comunidad que tanto valoras con disparates que claramente están hechos para ofender a los demás y provocar conversaciones tóxicas.
3. Denuncia el problema a la policía. Mi abogado siempre ha formado parte ESENCIAL de mi equipo y las denuncias no son negociables para ninguno de los dos. Lo hago porque, aunque la policía no lo investigue de momento, llevar un número de caso y record escrito de lo sucedido sirve de soporte posterior. Todo cae por su propio peso y, una vez identificados los responsables, la denuncia sirve como prueba y precedente para iniciar una demanda legal de ser necesario.4. De igual manera, se pueden contratar empresas especializadas en seguridad digital que colaboran con las grandes plataformas como Instagram y te pueden ayudar a rastrear a los spammers, hackers o gente abusiva.
5. Cree en el Karma.
TIP #3: USA DISTINTAS CONTRASEÑAS PARA TUS REDES
De esta manera si logran entrar a una, no será tan fácil ingresar con la misma contraseña a todas. También es importante cambiar tu contraseñas con frecuencia.
TIP #4: PON TODAS LAS SEGURIDADES QUE FACILITAN LAS REDES
Así que ahí lo tienen. Cuando alguien quiera jugar con ustedes, primer respiren, tomen una copa de vino…y actúen con estrategia. Espero esto las ayude a estar alertas y usar todos los recursos a su disposición para evitar spam y ataques cibernéticos inesperados.
