Despertarme todos los días a trabajar en lo que más me llena, no tiene precio. De hecho, después de una semana de muchísimo trabajo, uno de mis momentos favoritos es cuando me puedo sentar un momento a pensar en los altibajos de la semana, y reírme. Ese momento en el que puedo repasar los obstáculos de la semana, los logros, las recompensas…en fin, el viaje. ¡Hoy en Front Row les doy 4 tips para mimarse un poco para recompensar el gran trabajo que hacemos las #GirlBosses durante la semana!
1. ESCRIBE TUS LOGROS
¡Y no solo para que recuerdes lo GENIAL que eres! Se ha comprobado científicamente que el escribir nuestros pequeños y grandes logros inmediatamente nos sentimos mejor con los esfuerzos que hacemos y nos movitamos para seguir en la lucha. De hecho, según un estudio de Harvard, realizar este ejercicio frecuentemente hará que las personas tengan un «sentido de progreso y consecuentemente más creativamente productivos a la larga.»
2. TÓMATE UN MOMENTO PARA TI
Ya que las #GirlBosses pasan LLENAS de cosas que hacer y terminan envolviéndose completamente en su negocio, reuniones, etc., les queda muy poco tiempo para ELLAS. Tómate tiempo para permitirte relajarte, meditar, hacer ejercicio, escuchar música o lo que sea que te nazca. En mi caso, puede ser tocar el violín, el piano o tomarme un vaso de Johnnie Walker.
3. ESCÁPATE
¿Sobreviviste una semana de locos como campeona? ¡Sal un poco de la ciudad! Te lo mereces. ¡De hecho, inclusive si lo planeas con anticipación, te motivará durante la semana!
4. OBSÉQUIATE ALGO QUE HAYAS QUERIDO DESDE HACE TIEMPO
Ok, quizás no el Mercedes-Benz del que te enamoraste la semana pasada (¡no todavía!), pero por qué no ponerte un presupuesto y salir a buscar algo que te FASCINE o que ya te haya captivado. ¡Es tu recompensa de la semana! Mi último «auto-obsequio» fue un par de aretes DIVINO de Tiffany & Co.
