Hace 10 años le diagnosticaron una hiperplasia nodular linfoide en el hígado, lo que le inhabilita al hígado cumplir su función de depurar. ¿ADELGAZAR CON VINO?
Existen muchísimos mitos sobre el consumo de vino en los deportistas. De acuerdo a estudios Científicos de la Universidad de Purdue en Indiana, Estados Unidos, descubrieron que el vino tinto está compuesto de piceatannol, un ingrediente que ayuda a que las células grasas dejen de formarse y a que se reduzcan las ya existentes.
Una de las razones por las que se recomienda tomar vino para bajar de peso, es porque te ayuda a sentirte satisfecho, ayudando a que no tengas hambre a media noche y te levantes a comer lo primero que encuentres en el refrigerador. Sin duda la mejor noticia que nos han podido dar.
