Empezó la cuenta regresiva y esperamos que tengan todo listo para pasar una gran navidad ya sea con su familia, con sus amigos o el plan que hayan ideado para estas fiestas.
Para que no se les olvide ningún detalle hoy queremos compartir con ustedes 4 recetas muy fáciles y rápidas de preparar para que te luzcan con tus habilidades culinarias durante la cena de navidad y sorprendan a todos los paladares.
1- Este es un clásico de todas las navidades y una de las cosas que marcó nuestra infancia: Rompope
¿Qué necesitas?
- 2 litros de leche
- 1 1/2 tazas de azúcar
- 1/8 de cucharadita de sal
- 5 cucharaditas de vainilla
- 2 ramas de canela
- 1/4 de cucharadita de nuez moscada
- 9 yemas de huevo
- 1 1/2 cucharadas de ron
Preparación:
- Hervir la leche y bajar el fuego una vez que haya hervido. Agregar azúcar, sal, vainilla, canela y nuez moscada. Mover constantemente para que no se pegue.
- Cuando la mezcla se haya reducido a la mitad, la retiras del fuego y la dejas enfriar.
- Ahora bate las yemas, solo hasta que cambien de color, y agrega leche tibia mientras continúas batiendo.
- Poner a calentar de nuevo y cuando veas el primer hervor lo retiras del fuego. Luego añades el ron. Lo mezclas bien y lo sirves cuando se haya enfriado.
2- Si de clásicos hablamos las galletas de jengibre no podían faltar.
¿Qué necesitas?
- 500 gramos harina
- 225 gramos mantequilla
- 300 gramos azúcar
- 2 huevos
- 1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla
- 1 cucharadita jengibre
- 1 cucharadita canela
- 1 cucharadita polvo de hornear
- 1 pisca sal
Preparación:
- Poner a fuego lento la mantequilla y el azúcar. A la mezcla agrega vainilla, canela y jengibre. Cuando esté lista la mezcla agrega uno a uno los huevos.
- Cernir la harina e incorporarla al resto de la mezcla formando una masa homogénea.
- Llevarla al horno de 20 a 30 minutos, a 5°C cubierta con papel film.
- Estira la masa con el rodillo y cortar con los moldes de las galletas que prefieras.
- Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
- Finalmente hornea por 15 minutos. Deja enfriar y decóralas a tu gusto.
3- No podemos dejar de lado al pavo, y te proponemos esta deliciosa ensalada de pavo con naranja.
Ingredientes:
- Media lechuga
- 300 gramos de pechuga de pavo
- 2 naranjas
- 1 manzana en cuadritos
- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 1 cucharada de vinagre balsámico
- Una pisca de pimienta
Preparación:
- Lava todas las hojas y retira las partes más duras.
- Corta el pavo en tiritas y dóralas con 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
- Pon un poco de pimienta y déjalas cocinar durante unos 10 minutos.
- Pela las dos naranjas. Corta una en trozos y exprime la otra para guardar su zumo.
- Mezcla la lechuga, los trocitos de naranjas, trocitos de manzanas y tiritas de pavo. Agrega vinagre, aceite de oliva y el zumo de la naranja.
4- Qué mejor que un poco de yogurt para el postre. Este mousse de yogurt te va a fascinar.
¿Qué necesitas?
- 2 sobres de gelatina sin sabor.
- 1 1/2 tazas de galletas
- 5 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
- 1 taza de frambuesas
- 1 taza de fresas
- 5 hojas de albahaca
- 1/4 de taza de azúcar
- 1/2 taza de yogurt natural
- 1/2 taza de crema para batir
- 2 tazas de fresa para decorar
Preparación:
- Tritura las galletas en la licuadora.
- Mezcla las galletas trituradas y la mantequilla en un recipiente hondo.
- En la base de un molde pon la preparación anterior y presiona hasta que quede una capa uniforme.
- Tritura las frambuesas, las fresas, el azúcar y las hojas de albahaca. Agrega el yogurt y la crema para batir. Mézclalo todo.
- Disuelve la gelatina sin sabor a baño maría.
- En la mezcla anterior añade la gelatina sin sabor y vierte despacio en el molde con las galletas.
- Déjala refrigerando por dos horas. Luego sácala del molde y decórala con las fresas y las hojas de albahaca.
