1- Olvidar tu ropa en tu bolso del gym
Así como cuando te olvidas una bolsa con comida dentro de tu «lunchera» todo empieza a descomponerse y oler horrible, pues tu ropa es igual. Trata de lavarlas casi inmediatamente después de usarla pero si no planeas en lavar tu ropa todavía, entonces cuélgala para que por lo menos tus prendas reciban un poco de aire. Trata de lavar tus prendas después del uso, evitarás que se acumulen malos olores y demás bacterias que se puedan generar.
2. No separar tu ropa deportiva del resto
Tienes que tratarla como ropa delicada…no como jeans.

3. No lavar por el revés.
Recuerda siempre dar la vuelta a tus prendas…la ropa con alta tecnología es la que más necesita de este paso.
4. No uses un detergente muy duro…
Elige un detergente adecuado para que no dañes los tejidos como Cierto Ultralav que es especialmente para ropa deportiva y tiene una fórmula antibacterial, protege el color y el tejido.
5- Usas el poder de la secadora demasiado…
Si es un mal necesario, que por lo menos no sea muy caliente. Trata de colgar tus prendas el momento de secarla.

6. No cuidas el color de tus prendas
Los cuidados de color y de temperatura que ya les habíamos comentado anteriormente no podemos dejar de lado en esta ocasión.
7- No tratas las manchas con productos específicos...
Para evitar que las manchas molestas invadan tu ropa una buena opción es Cierto Quitamanchas que te ayudará con manchas puntuales.
8- Usas la plancha…
No las planches, no es necesario y si lo haces corres el riesgo de dañar la elasticidad de la tela.
9. Usas suavizante
Los suavizantes no son recomendados para este tipo de prendas ya que daña los tejidos internos.
