LLENA TU META DE EMOCIONES POSITIVAS
Una vez que tengas los objetivos bien definidos, realiza una lista de las cosas positivas que obtendrás una vez que llegues a la meta. Recordártelo a diario ayudará a concretarlas y a sobreponerte más rápido cuando las cosas no sean fáciles (que siempre ocurrirá así que descuida)

PLANTÉATE UN OBJETIVO REAL PERO QUE SUPONGA UN RETO
La idea de esto es tener un objetivo que sea realista y una meta que pueda ser alcanzada, caso contrario, nos podemos sentir frustradxs y sería más fácil abandonar la idea. Lo que sería peor aún. Debemos conocer y analizar con qué recursos contamos a la hora de poner manos a la obra en el objetivo y, por ende, lograr nuestra meta. El desafío viene desde el punto de vista creativo, sin un objetivo que sea desafiante para nosotrxs, ´perderemos algo esencial: la motivación y el interés.

COMPROMÉTETE
Un punto super importante. La constancia y disciplina que le inyectes a tus objetivos te permitirá lograr metas más rápidamente. Debes fijar ese compromiso y trabajar día a día en el hasta que logres lo propuesto. ¿se presenta algún obstáculo? Enfócate en superarlo y no darte por vencidx.
Quienes no abandonaron sus objetivos al primer obstáculo, lograron el éxito que buscaban.

DISFRUTA EL PROCESO
En lugar de ver el lado negativo de las cosas (que humanamente se nos hace más fácil de ver), disfruta de todo el proceso (o el viaje, como suelo decirle) y explora todas las facetas, desde la angustia hasta la satisfacción de haber logrado tus metas. Todos queremos llegar a la cima de la montaña, pero aquellos que no desmayamos cuando de subir la pendiente se trata, logramos cumplir los objetivos. ¡Ánimo!

ENEMIGO N°1: LAS DISTRACCIONES
¿Cuántas veces hemos caído en cuenta de que llevamos dos horas de nuestra vida frente a la PC viendo contenido tonto o revisando en nuestro celular miles de fotos en Instagram?
Dale un STOP a las distracciones, ya que son las primeras en alejarte de los objetivos y, por consiguiente, de tu meta. Recuerda que el tiempo es lo único que, al irse, no se puede recuperar; así que a decirle adiós a las distracciones para poder materializar tus metas.
