TIENES QUE SER REALISTA
La mejor manera de fracasar a lo seguro es ponerte una meta totalmente imposible. Un ejemplo en mi caso sería JAMÁS volver a comer chocolate para estar más fit…Emmm…No. Fracasaría rotundamente. Sería mucho mejor ponerme de meta bajar de peso con una dieta saludable en la cual me voy a permitir un chocolate semanal (TAN más realista).
HABLA DE TUS PROPÓSITOS
Cuéntales a tus amigos y familia para que te den ánimos y te apoyen. Capaz inclusive alguno tendrá un propósito similar y se pueden dar una mano entre los dos.
CAMBIA UN HÁBITO A LA VEZ
Seamos sinceros…cambiar TODA tu vida en una noche es absolutamente imposible. No vas a poder hacerlo. Es preferible escoger una cosa que quieres cambiar a la vez. Una vez que logres cambiar la primera y se ha convertido en un hábito, pasa a la segunda, etc.
PLANIFICA
Para asegurar el éxito de tus esfuerzos vas a necesitar un sistema para llegar a tus metas. Investiga un poco sobre lo que planeas cambiar y haz un plan de los cambios que necesitas para llegar a tu destino. Crea un ambiente que aporta a tu meta…es decir, regresando al ejemplo del chocolate, no compres cajas de chocolates que te seducirán DE LEY.
DESMENUZA TUS METAS EN PEQUEÑOS HITOS
A veces puede abrumarte un poco pensar en la meta grande. Por ejemplo, si uno de tus propósitos es bajar 20 libras, enfócate en lo que debes hacer cada semana/mes para llegar a tu objetivo.
